The drive is already there. We build the pathway.

178,000+ refugee entrepreneurs are already operating in the US — mostly without structured support.

We are not a job placement program. We are a business-builder.

Rock Forward provides African refugees and marginalized communities with a structured 12-week entrepreneurship bootcamp — combining training, mentorship, capital access, and peer community to help participants launch and grow sustainable ventures.

We believe displacement does not erase skill. It compounds resilience. Our job is to turn that resilience into enterprise.

Learn about our mission
Dignity over charity Empowering ownership, not dependency
Systems over handouts Building infrastructure that scales
Community over isolation Peer networks that sustain growth
Faith-driven enterprise Purpose and profit, hand in hand
Entrepreneur receiving mentorship and guidance
1:1

Every entrepreneur gets a mentor.

Our mentorship model pairs each participant with an experienced business leader who understands the refugee experience. Not advice from a distance — real, hands-on guidance through the hardest parts of building a business in a new country.

From displacement to development.

What starts as a refugee's journey in America becomes generational impact across Africa.

Rock Forward is the US chapter of a larger story.

Every business our graduates build in America adds to a diaspora of skilled, networked entrepreneurs. That diaspora is the bridge. Rock Forward's long-term partner, the Mazano Innovation Hub across Africa, receives mentorship, capital, and credibility from our alumni network — turning US program success into generational development in Africa.
