Leadership Dev Ops (LDO) is Rock Forward's leadership and organizational development program for entrepreneurs ready to grow from solo founders into organizational leaders. It addresses the transition from building a product to building a team, culture, and scalable operation.
Six modules. Three months. One transformation.
Each module blends instruction, peer discussion, and applied practice. Cohort members work on real challenges from their own organizations throughout.
